1. General Refund Conditions
- Refunds are not available for completed services where feedback has already been provided.
- We offer a one-time refund only before any writing task has been submitted for review, provided that no feedback has been given.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no refunds will be granted.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
You are eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Service Not Received: If, for any reason, you have not received feedback within the expected time frame mentioned on our website, you are entitled to a full refund.
- Technical Issues: If there are technical issues preventing you from submitting your writing task, and we are unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered.
- Duplicate Payment: If you mistakenly make a duplicate payment, we will issue a refund for the extra amount paid.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Explain the reason for your refund request and provide any relevant details (e.g., if the service was not received, include the date of submission).
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
- If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Once feedback has been provided for any writing task, the service is considered complete, and no refunds will be issued.
- Dissatisfaction with the feedback is not grounds for a refund. We aim to provide thorough, professional evaluations, but results may vary based on individual expectations.
- Failure to improve IELTS scores following our feedback does not qualify for a refund, as we do not guarantee specific results.
